Yeah you remember I posted something like this yesterday, assuming if Phyno is into drugs or suffering from a serious sickness. Don’t get it twisted, I’m only showing concerns as a fan. Winks😉
But again..what if Phyno is suffering from Sickle Cell? Besides he once said it in a song Karishika featuring Falz
On verse 2 of the song  Phyno said,
“I kill ’em with the flow but nobody is seeker. My sickle cell flow everyday am sicker”
Maybe he was indirectly trying to tell us about his health issues. Could this be true?🤔
Anyways like I said yesterday, whatever that made him look this unkept, dehydrated and sick.. whether hard drugs or illness, may God see him through.
