An ex is an ex, let them be and move on. No great friendship can be built except you still want them to hold on to you too.

Yes, an ex can be back in your and fix things but if you are in a new relationship please respect that relationship. 

Alot of women make men loose interest in them unknowing by holding so much importance to their Ex. 

Learn to let go, move on and expect a better man to come into your life. 

Friendship isn't so bad  with an ex but what's the end to it. Slowly creeps into your heart and have you anytime.  Some women would even know he is hooked with someone new but due to old feelings they settle in that mess.
