It has been recently proven that the use of mosquito net is the best remedy to prevent mosquito bites which leads to malaria. But my current research has highlighted all the secrets behind the use of mosquito net that people mostly ignore. And in this my article, I am going to enlighten you guys on it.

Cleaning your ears once a few days is a completely normal procedure. But not everyone knows that ear ointment has a protective role and can be a serious indicator of our health.
Ear wax is simply seen as another secretion from the human body that should be taken care of to prevent our ears from clogging. However, as we clean our ears, our Q-tip can actually reveal the specific odors from different races that can tell us about our own health, normally found in people of East Asian descent that causes odorous armpits and wet ear wax is linked to an increased risk of breast cancer. “As it turns out, the type of earwax one has is linked to a gene that leads to bad odors from one’s armpit,†It’s important to remember that having wet ear wax or strong smelly armpits does not mean a woman is bound to be diagnosed with breast cancer. The study suggests it is one factor that increases breast cancer risk. This risk may be present if it’s in tandem with something else, such as environmental factors.
1. Gray ear wax: If your ear is greasy and has no other symptoms, do not worry. It’s probably just right. This color of wax is common for those who often move around the city, because the air outside is often contaminated.
2. If you notice traces of blood when cleaning your ears, it can indicate that your eardrum is perforated. In this case, your ears can be affected by infections, which can lead to otitis and consequently to the worsening of your hearing. That is why it is worth visiting a doctor.
3. Brown wax grease, If there is an increased amount of ear wax in your ears and it is darker in color, this means that your body passes through a very stressful period.
4. Black ear wax, If it happened only once, you do not need to be worried. But if you start feeling your needle scratching and itching to become stronger then it is advisable to visit a doctor because the black color of earwax indicates a fungal infection.
5. The white color of earwax most often indicates a lack of vitamins and minerals in your body, especially iron and copper. It is therefore advisable to add beans and oats to your diet.
Do not share headphones ever. This is one of the easiest ways to transfer infection-causing bacteria. Sharing headphones isn’t the only way to acquire an ear infection, however. Earplugs and headphones increase the temperature of the ear canal, which may induce skin abrasion and introduce harmful bacteria. If you’re buying a pair of headphones from someone, make sure that you disinfect them before wearing. It is also a good idea to regularly clean your headphones, even if they’ve never even used by anyone else. This will keep the headphones and most importantly your ears, clean.
HEADPHONE SAFETY
The general consensus among the health community is that headphone and earbud use is probably safe with the proper precautions. Here are a few ideas to make your listening experience as safe as possible:
Always buy and wear new, out-of-the-box headphones. (Do not buy them secondhand.)
* Listen at less than 80 percent maximum volume for no more than 90 minutes at a time.
* When using earbuds, ensure that the plastic components fit snugly.
* Do not force earbuds into the ear canal.
* Wear noise-cancelling headphones.
* Do not listen to music at loud volumes while walking or driving.
* Seek medical care if you experience dizziness or trouble maintaining balance.
