20 seeds of ripe pawpaw and honey do for 5 days(100 seeds in total).

2 spoons of honey.

Crush the seed into a smooth paste

Mix with honey

For ADULTS

You will need 50 seeds

10 each day for 5 days

Crush 10 seeds into smooth paste

Once smooth, mix with I table spoon of honey

Give first thing every morning for 5 days
