If You Do These 8 Things, You Will Die Young
~6.2 mins read

People die and we grieve for them every other day. But what we do not understand is that, by doing some actions that are harmful to their human lives, some of them, particularly young people, have contributed to their premature feathers. Some of them may not even realize that they are harmful to those habits or trends until they eventually destroy them:

Excessive Intake of Alcohol: While alcohol may not always be a bad thing, if left unchecked, excessive alcohol intake can lead to liver problems that can cause death. It is very risky to eat too much liquor, so eat wisely when you need to.

Careless Driving: Careless driving is one of the police's most frequent offences, although there is some misunderstanding in many situations as to what careless driving really is. This is because when it comes to deciding what constitutes as reckless driving, there is much room for interpretation on the part of the law enforcement officer. You face early death when you drive irresponsibly.
Taking of hard drugs: Many young people today are taking drugs to get 'high' without understanding the effects of the drugs. If it's an addiction it can pose serious health complications that can ruin them.
Overthinking:Overthinking can lead to severe emotional distress and raise the risk of issues with mental health. Your decisions get cloudy when you overthink and your stress gets elevated. You're wasting too much negative time. Acting can become difficult.
Excessive eating and drinking: While food and drink may be human subsistence, many health problems such as constipation, obesity , high blood cholesterol, and so many others can be caused by excess consumption. So make sure you're having a decent meal.
Smoking cigarettes: There are many harmful effects that smoking cigarettes can have on the body. Some of these can lead to complications that are life threatening. Clearly, cigarettes have a major effect on the lungs. Smoking is responsible for an estimated 85 percent of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer events. About a third of all cases of cancer are due to smoking.
Too Much Active Sex Life: While it is necessary for a young person, the blood vessels can convulse over participating in it, thus reducing the blood pressure that in effect exposes you to high risk of heart attack.
Always Staying Indoors: Many people are guilty of this, but they don't know how dangerous it is for their lives, sitting down indoors and weakening the immune system, leaving you vulnerable to diseases that can destroy you.

The Impact Of Cocacola On Our Bodies
~2.5 mins read
Man of today lives entirely differently, from how our grandfathers and great-grandfathers lived. The rhythm of life is growing. We rush to school, groups, and clubs and our parents are constantly busy. There is not always enough time to cook healthy homemade food. Therefore, the food consumed by people also changes. Fast food (chips, crackers, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.)
Therefore, the popularity of carbonated drinks has increased dramatically. Many people drink them daily, hoping to get a boost of energy. No prize for guessing that all-time favorite drink of children, the rising generation, and many adults. You guessed right it is Coca-Cola. But, what are the health benefits of Coca Cola?
I have been puzzling over this for a while. It has to be ice cold to enjoy. When warm, it is truly awful. When it's flat, it tastes of sugary water. But at the right temperature it seems to be just the right thing, better than carbonated grapefruit juice or lemon, which you would imagine would be better thirst quenchers.
Is Coca Cola good for nausea?
Fizzy, sugary beverages can sometimes alleviate nausea better than plain water. Carbonation can help to reduce the total acidity of the stomach, which may help the nauseadissipate, Dr. Szarka says.
Does Coke help with digestion?
Coca-Cola, due to its carbonic and phosphoric acid, has a pH of 2.6 and resembles the natural gastric acid that's thought to be important for fiber digestion, the researchers said. In addition, the sodium bicarbonate and carbon dioxide bubbles in the beverage might enhance the dissolving effect.
Do fizzy drinks make you hyper?
Caffeine can make you feel hyper. Caffeine may boost a person's energy, but a lot of caffeine can also causeother, not-so-great effects.
