3.Baking soda and Lemon juice

Lemon juice contains vitamin C which is known for lightening teeth. Not to forget that lemon have anti-bacterial  that kill the micro organisms living in your mouth.

The right way to combine these two ingredients is to :

Put a pinch on baking soda on your toothbrush and then add a few drops of lemon juice and you'll get brighter teeth.
Just don't use this particular method more than ounce a week because that is enough to get your desired results.

4.Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent so it is a most have, but before using this method just make sure that your teeth isn't sensitive.
 But if you're good to go then dip a cotton ball into the hydrogen peroxide and gently rub it on your teeth but be careful as doing this twice a week or more can had youe enamel. But if you don't want to risk it you can always find a toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide in it that was you'll be more safe.

5.Baking powder and Lemon juice

Baking powder eliminates stains on the surface of your teeth and lemon juice as we said have several components that lighten teeth.
Just mix a tea spoon of baking powder and a tea spoon of freshly squeezed lemon together and use. This mixture will wonders on your teeth in just two minutes just remember not to leave it in your mouth for up to 2minutes but after using this ounce a week your teeth with be so bright.

6.Sea salt, Lemon juice and Toothpaste

Another great teeth brightener is sea salt, it contains a lot of minerals like calcium,magnesium and iron among others.
Sea salt has anti bacteria properties as well which freshen your breath. So if you want to see results then add half spoon of sea salt, and a spoon of Lemon juice with some toothpaste mix together and use this mixture. Apply the mixture on your teeth and leave it on for a minute before rinsing.

A good mixture of both Lemon juice and Water will completely whiten your teeth and completely disinfect your oral cavity.
To use this mix 1 tea spoon of water with 1 tea spoon of Lemon juice,brush your teeth with the combined liquid and rinse it out.
