2. Dark Patches On Your Legs; this is another sign of high blood sugar. 3. Wound Taking Longer To Heal; another sign of very high sugar level is if your wounds start taking very long to heal. If you mistakenly injure your hand or leg and then observe that the wound is not really healing well or taking longer than usual, do well to check your sugar level as that is one of the serious hazards that come with high sugar level. Don't take it for granted as that is one of the reasons why diabetics get amputated.

Stew is one of the most common food in Nigeria as it can be eaten with anything like rice, yam, potatoes and sometimes with bread. It is also common during Christmas season. In this article, I will teach you how to prepare chicken stew.
INGREDIENTS:
•Tomatoes.
•Onions & pepper.
•Seasoning cubes & salt.
•Curry & thyme.
•Chicken.
•Groundnut oil.
Step1: Slice your onions, pepper and chicken then put it in the pot and steam it.
Step2: If you are using tin tomatoes melt it inside the water, then when the chicken is soft you put your tomatoes, seasoning cubes, salt, onions, curry and thyme. Then leave it to boil for some minutes. Then your chicken stew is ready.
You can eat it with rice, yam and potatoes. Enjoy 😋😋.
