2. Living a sedentary lifestyle
Not being active both physically and mentally have been found to have a negative effect on the heart health. As it could seriously lead to slow decline in heart health.
 
3. Being overweight
Obesity or Overweight has a serious effect on the heart health. Studies have found that it lead to different types of heart related diseases including high blood pressure.
 
4. Eating an unhealthy diet
A diet high in sugar, trans fat and saturated fats have been found to have a serious effect on the heart as it could lead to different heart related diseases including high blood pressure.
 
5. Drinking alcohol in excess
Alcohol has a lot of benefits when taken in moderation but in excess could seriously affect the heart health.

The kidney is a very sacrosanct organ in the human body. It is so vital due to the number of sacrosanct functions it performs. The kidneys eliminate wastes and extra fluid from the body.
