How To Prepare Cheese And Capsicum Gravy

Hello everyone💗 today I am sharing one of the best recipes that I learnt from my mother.
This is one of the best vegetarian dishes that my family really enjoys and loves to eat, the aroma of spices and the cheesy flavour, can't stop you to try it.
This dish is so famous in North India. that writing about this dish is itself compelling me to cook it .😃
So let's not wait much let me introduce you with the ingredients which we are using to make it. I am making this for four people.
1) Cheese- 400gm
2) Capsicum-300gm
3) Tomatoes- 4
4) Onion- 1
5) Garlic and Ginger paste
6) Green chilli-2
7) Cumin seeds
8) Cloves ( 3-5)
9) Cardamom (2-3)
10)Cinnamon (one small stick)
11)Turmeric ( 1-2 teaspoon)
12) Red chilli powder( you can skip it, depends on how much spicy you want)
13) Coriander powder (2-3 teaspoon)
14) Dried Fenugreek leaves (a pinch of it)
15) Salt (according to taste)
16) Dry fruit paste: Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio ( a handful of all)
Total time: 30-35minutes
Process:
Ready to serve.
Garnish it with Green Coriander leaves and Serve this dish with Chappati or Naan. I prefer Naan with this dish.YUM!!!!!
and for the calories... hmm.. you have to burn it next day😂😂
