3 Common Mistakes We Make While Cooking Noodles That Silently Kills.

Even though noodles is one of the easiest meals to prepare, there are still some things we do or fail to do while cooking it that are not meant to be so.
Firstly, some people do not soak noodles with hot water before cooking it. This is done to remove the white chemical present in the noodles. It is almost similar to what we do with rice i.e washing off the white chemical in it.
Secondly, some people put too much of the satchel Maggi ingredients in the noodles all in the bid of making it sweet. But in a situation where you are cooking like 6 packets of noodles, you shouldn't put all the 6 ingredients in it. If you put at least 4 or 5 it will be much more safer to your health.
Lastly, some people like to eat plain noodles without adding any external ingredient to it. We need to have a balanced meal by adding stuff like fish, vegetables, tomatoes etc into our noodles to make it good enough for eating.

Forget Rice And Tomato Stew, Check Out 5 Delicious Sauces You Can Eat With Rice

Rice is one of the most popular food eaten in Nigeria, apart from the special Garri and soup, and also Jellof rice. Each family in Nigeria eats Rice and stew almost every day, and specially on Sundays. Eating rice and stew on Sundays is like our tradition, we do not replace it with any other food.
Instead of using the same Tomato Stew every time, there are actually more delicious sauce you can use to eat rice.
1. Egg Sauce;
Ingredients
1. Eggs
2. Fresh Tomatoes and Pepper
3. Onions
4. Groundnut Oil or Palm oil
5. Seasoning
Procedure;
1. Grind or slice your fresh Tomatoes, onions and your pepper, also slice a few onions and keep aside.
2. Put an empty pot or pan on the fire, pour your groundnut Oil, or you can decide to make use of red oil.
3. Pour salt and onion into the oil once it's hot, pour your fresh Tomatoes and pepper and let it get dried.
4. After that, get a separate plate and break the eggs in it, then beat the eggs thoroughly and pour into the pot. Stir it together, add your seasoning cubes, you can add little water if you want and it's ready.
2. Egusi Stew
ingredients
1. Egusi
2. Fresh Tomatoes and Pepper
3. Palm oil
Procedures
1. Put an empty pot on the fire and pour in your Palm oil, allow it to bleach for a while.
2. Pour in your grinded tomato in the pot, allow the Water to get dried, then you pour in your egusi.
3. Put your seasoning and meat and stir it, keep stirring for a few minutes, then add little water and allow to boil for a few minutes before you serve.
3. Green Leaf or Ugu sauce
Ingredients
1. Ugu leaf, it is also known as Pumpkin leaf
2. Palm oil or Groundnut oil
3. Onions
4. Fresh tomatoes and pepper
Procedure
1. Put empty pan on the fire, slice onions and pour into the pan, then pour in your sliced.or grinded tomatoes with pepper, allow to dry up.
2. Add your seasoning cubes for great taste, add little water then pour in your sliced vegetable leaf, allow boil for a minute before you serve.
4. Vegetable Curry Sauce
Ingredients
1. Onions
2. Green and Red Pepper
3. Carrot
4. Chicken
5. Flour
6. Carrot, seasoning, vegetable oil
Procedure
1. Boil your chicken with salt, seasoning, ginger, thyme and pepper, remove the chicken stock and keep aside.
2. Place an empty pot on the fire, pour in oil, put your ginger, onions and curry into the oil, then put in your red and green pepper, with the carrot.
3. Pour little salt in the pot, add your chicken next, after that you pour in your chicken stock.
4. Pour in little flour in a bowl, mix it with some water then pour into the pot, you can add more water if it is very thick, or put inore flour if it's not thick enough for you, allow to boil and serve.
5. Pepper Soup
Ingredients
1. Chicken or meat or Fish
2. Scent leaf
3. Pepper Soup spice
4. Pepper and onion
Procedure
1. Boil your meat, Fish or chicken, I prefer Cat fish Because it is really delicious for white rice.
2. Add your pepper,salt, pepper soup spice and other seasoning into the pot ant allow to boil.
3. After the meat is soft, pour in your sliced scent leaf and allow boil for a while then you serve hot with your rice.
