We needs to know the importance of blood groups and the hazards of incompatibility of the Rhesus factors. This is to plan our marriage and child bearing accordingly witbout much hazards.

Most blood groups can't give birth after marriage because of incompatibilities in the heavy acid or heavier alkaline contents as well as the strength of their immune globular structures.

For example, several research have shown that most marriages between blood groups O and B especially of the negative Rhesus creates complications, fertility is always a problem. 

Most times such couple can give birth to autism child, or the early zygote will melt and form water known as cysts, this happens mostly when O+ woman marries blood group B- man, pregnancy often times becomes difficult

You needs to know this during courtship before marriage. I've met lots of patients with such problems, and I always advise them to adopt a child or two especially in cases where the marriages are about 25 years.

I also have young ones who decided to separate after 7yrs, they eventually got married to other compatible blood group and both parties now have children. 

Show your child this chart, teach them at home, dont wait till they get into marriage problems before they learn from the hospital, this is the job of the parents.

BLOOD GROUP AND COMPATIBILITY

1. Blood group O+ happens to be commonest blood group in the world, every other blood-type can take blood transfusion from them. But they always have low PCV. Their red blood cells dies and decays within 5-7 days.

So, the person who took the transfusion must have to eat right and drink juices that will help to boost his original red cells to be able to filter the blood stream 

O+    1 in 3    37.4%

2. Second is blood group* A+, mostly common in Asia 

A+    1 in 3    35.7%

These Nomads with heavy alkaline blood spectrums are few in number, mostly, far east, Arabs and the desert people. 

B+    1 in 12    8.5%

Both positive and negative of this Enigma type of blood spectrums are rare followed by these others below 

AB+   1 in 29    3.4%

O-    1 in 15    6.6%

A-    1 in 16    6.3%

B-    1 in 67    1.5%

AB-   1 in 167    .6% most rare.

Remember, after transfusion, you have completely taken all that is contained inside the other person's blood, i did pass through lots of health challenges after my transfusion whilst giving birth, and it wasn't a good experience at all.

I encourage the blood bank attendants to help keep a good check about the status of the blood donors to avoid hazards after blood transfusion

You can strengthen your Rhesus factors via proper eating habits, the sign may still be there but the immune globulins will remain strong.

Likewise sickle cell in sickle cells. You can rise above the crisis assortiated with it, get married, have children and live to a ripe old age. You can change your health status always by eating according to your blood group.
