If Adam and Eve were the first people on Earth, doesn't that mean that their children were mating each other? If so, isn't that weird?
The Bible says that Adam and Eve only had two sons, and one of them killed the other out of spite. No way to mate (or at least to reproduce) here.

It then mentions that Cain met his wife… who suddenly came out of nowhere, or maybe was a sister not mentioned earlier.

All of this obviously doesn’t make any sense.

Basically, Adam and Eve were not the first people on earth. The stories in the Bible are symbolic and shouldn’t be taken literally.
