You can't wait to be married, even me can't wait for you to be married, it's every ladies dream, even Men too.

Marriage will come for you eventually, God will do it, but when it comes, it will come not just with the Privileges but with RESPONSIBILITIES.

Men are funny creatures, you'll need patience to deal with them.

The average Man loves Food, good food for that matter, except you plan to get a housemaid for that, you will cook, a lot, like almost everyday in the week, Can you cook? 

When you were a spinster, you could eat indomie and anything you wanted on some days, you had the power of choice and freedom to do as you like, but that changes when you get married, I hope you love cooking?

Keeping a home is hard work,

Especially when there's kids.

Only few Men will actually create time to assist their wives with chores and kids, I pray you marry such a Man, but even if you do, you'll still feel the heat.

A single lady is in charge of herself, her body, what she wears, where she goes, but a Married Woman isn't.

You'll have to pass all your decisions through your husband, except you are looking for matter that people will come and settle in your marriage?

When you want to go somewhere and he says No, sit at home.

These are practical issues that are tearing marriages down, A married Woman will tell her husband either by words or by her actions "I own myself, you can't tell me what to do", such marriage will not be a peaceful one, impossible.

When you come home tired, and he wants to play that play, do you know what to say/do to manage the situation?

I've seen Women who abandon their breastfeeding babies at daycare centers daily so they can be free from the stress, seen women who leave their little babies with neighbors and went out with friends to party.

Many Women have scattered their marriages because they came prepared for the FUN, but not prepared for the WORK.

They came to PARTY, but met REALITY

They came to PLAY, and forgot to come PRAYING.

Ok, in order not to be faulted for generalisation, I'll say;

a lot of men understand sex and love differently.

Unlike women.

Take religion aside and the fear of God to a safe corner,

Most men would want to smash their beautiful looking colleague.

Not because he's in love with her.

But simply because he finds her attractive and his Johnny pim pim wants a taste of what he imagines she'll taste like.

He can go ahead and have her, and yet, love you stronger the next morning, and also not feel anything for her.

The only thing that can save your relationship from that is not Love.

Not even commitment.

Not prayers

And not, giving him more of it.

It is first, self control.

A man has to learn and be taught self control to keep Love and sex in the same box.

Another thing like self control is mutual respect.

When you respect your partner completely, you honour them with your body.

You find it disgusting when another woman playfully grabs or jokes about your Johnny pim pim.

Not just because it is wrong for her to do it, but because your partner wouldn't find the joke funny.

So, self control and respect in place, you're good to go.
