There was once a man (Mr Edward) who focused on things he didnt have rather than appreciate the ones he had. He had a car and numerous clothes but he felt all of them were outdated and kept striving to acquire latest possessions that are in vogue. 

Mr Edward felt life had treated him badly because he sees people around him using luxurius cars and living in mansions unlike him who had an old car, clothes and old-fashioned houses. 

On a fateful day, Mr Edward was on his way to a function and robbers attacked him, took away the "Old-fashioned Car" and he was left to trek home. On getting home, he discovered the house was on fire as a result of carelessness on the part of one of his children which led to gas explosion.
