Afrobeats, David Adeleke has roared at anyone who would mistreat him this year, 2024.

Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X, he revealed that anyone who treats him badly will collect one by one. Telling the public to watch, he said it has already started.

The Presidency has responded to growing criticism over President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s continued stay in Europe, assuring Nigerians that he remains fully engaged in the country’s governance.

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, issued a statement on Thursday defending Tinubu’s absence. He said the president, though currently abroad, is in constant communication with key government officials and continues to oversee national affairs.

Opposition figures, including Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, have condemned Tinubu’s absence, citing rising insecurity across the country. They called for his immediate return.

In response, Onanuga stated that the president’s trip is temporary and aligns with a previously communicated two-week timeframe. He confirmed Tinubu traveled from Paris to London over the weekend and has since issued directives to security chiefs regarding the nation’s security challenges.

He added that Tinubu will return to Abuja after the Easter holiday, reaffirming the president’s commitment to his duties and assuring Nigerians that governance is ongoing without disruption.
