New Music from Naira Marley Nigerian musician, Afeez Fashola, who is also known as Naira Marley, recently dropped two new songs called "Wahala" and "OMO." This is the first time he has released music since the unfortunate incident involving his former signee, Mohbad.

 

The Tragic Loss of Mohbad 

 

Mohbad sadly passed away on September 12, 2023. Since then, there have been accusations that Naira Marley and his crew were involved in his assault. Many people have been upset with Naira Marley because of this.

 

Despite the allegations, Naira Marley has denied any involvement in Mohbad's death. He claims that he had nothing to do with it.

 

 

As a result of the controversy, Naira Marley and Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, were detained. However, they were later released on bail on November 29, 2023. They had to pay a sum of N20 million and have three sureties.

 

 

In addition to the legal issues, Naira Marley demanded N500 million and a public apology from Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo. He accused her of spreading false and defamatory information about him on her Instagram account. If she doesn't meet his demands, he threatened to sue her.

 

 

According to Naira Marley's lawyer, Olalekan Ojo, Iyabo Ojo made an Instagram post in September 2023, where she accused Naira Marley of engaging in harmful activities with Mohbad. She claimed that he caused mental harm to Mohbad.
