This is one area Mesut ozil lacks. He doesn't have that engine in him to tackle and track back and that is why he has played for Arsenal for a long time. His first few games before the lockdown, Ozil featured in some of the matches; in some or those matches, he was effect and then he was lost in the rest.

Post lockdown and hitherto, ozil hasn't made a competitive appearance for the club talk more of making the matchday squad. This is because of work rate. Even when Mikel Arteta is being asked in interviews, his response will be " I choose a team that will be able to deliver result and work off the ball". Not that ozil is bad but it's just the work rate. I have come to realise that it may not only be the work rate alone.

Ozil is currently on £350,000 per week, whether he plays or not, he still earns but it should be noted that he doesn't earn £350,000 in entirety. Adding bonuses and making match day squad all amounts to that £350,000. So in a situation where he doesn't make an assist or match day squad, he won't receive up to £350,000 that week.

I feel Arsenal adopted this strategy to reduce the amount he receives on a weekly basis, pending when his contract will expire. So therefore, I don't think we will see Mesut ozil playing for Arsenal again because not including him saves the club some money.

Women who are pregnant or mothers may not always have the privilege to go home just because of maternity issues, government put measures in place to help them put to bed and even take care of their children to a certain age.

It can't be easy for a woman in incarceration to be doing maternity but they just have to.
