Just because most people see it as an alcoholic drink, they know little or nothing about the nutrient it contains. Palm wine contains rich nutrients that provide the body with lots of health benefits which are talked about below.
1. Improving of the Eye Vision or Sight
Believe it or not, this is one of the known primary functions of palm-wine which most person's are not aware of. Palm wine contains some vitamins and the presence of these vitamins in palm wine such as vitamin C and B’s have a vital role which they play in improving eye vision or sights.
Generally, vitamins are known to help in keeping the eye healthy and reduces the chances of getting eye problems as much as possible. It also helps the nerves and muscles to function very well, which in turn helps in normalizing the rate at which the heart beats, thereby reducing or lowering the blood pressure.

Wash the beets properly and peel.
Using your knife to chop the beets to a very smaller pieces to make it easy to blend.
Place the chopped beets into the blender and then add ¼ cup of water.
Blend thoroughly and after which add water if it is too thick
Strain using a cheesecloth
Add syrup to your taste and then serve chill
