Some Pastors you see today suffer silently. Many are troubled but are unable or unwilling to get help or even share their problems with others.Sometimes they get depressed, heartbroken and do the unthinkable.

Below is a list of 7 popular African pastors who committed suicide for different reasons.

1. Pastor Letsego (South Africa)

Until his sad death, Pastor Letsego was a popular Christ Embassy Pastor, in Limpopo South Africa. Pastor Letsego committed suicide after he sent pictures of his peni$ to his church Whatsapp Group. Reports has it that the married pastor wanted to send the picture to his lover but mistakenly sent it to his church whatsapp group.

2. Pastor Richard Nhika (Zibambwe)

Pastor Richard Nhika was a well known preacher with the Apostolic Faith mission in Zimbabwe.

Apart from being a pastor, he was also a gospel musician with a melodious voice. Pastor Richard ended his life on live video over a mysterious woman identified as Nomatter. 

In the video, the late pastor confessed his love for Nomatter, talked about being heat broken and blames her for taking his life before drinking a poisonous substance. He was later rushed to the hospital but was already too late.

3. Bishop Berry Dambaza ( Zimbabwe )

Bishop Berry Dambaza, a senior Zimbabwean pastor with Upper Room Ministries committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of Rezende Parkade in Harare.

What could have made such a strong man of God jump to his death? Well nobody knows for sure but there are rumors he had trouble with finance and infidelity.

4. Pastor Peter (Ghana)

Until his tragic death, Pastor Peter was the senior pastor of Jesus Healing Prayer Camp located in Ghana. According to reports, the popular pastor committed suicide after he caught his wife cheating.

5. Pastor Abel Ayinza ( Uganda)

The late Abel Ayinza was a Ugandan born pastor based in the United States of America.

25-years-old Pastor Abel Ayinza commited suicide after his girlfriend identified as Juliet got engaged to another man.6. Pastor Elijah Misiko (Kenya)

Pastor Elijah Misiko was a pastor with the Groundfor God’s Gospel Church in Mombasa, Kenya. Pastor Elijah reportedly left his front row seat, approached his wife, Ann Mughoi, who is also a pastor, on the pulpit and stabbed her twice in the stomach with a knife he had hidden in an envelope. The man of God right after stabbing his wife to death stabbed himself thrice and slit his throat.

Pastor Elijah was said to have died instantly while his wife died at a local hospital a few hours later. According to reports, the late couple, who had four children, had been fighting over leadership of the church.

7. Evangelist Nwabueze Franklin Kelechi (Nigeria)

Late Evangelist Nwabueze Franklin Kelechi, of CRM (Charismatic Renewal Ministries) died after jumping from his apartment at Skyvilla, Serdang, Selangor in Malaysia. The reason why he jumped to his death is still a mystery.

It is high time we begin to take Mental health serious. May the Almighty God continue to strengthen Pastors all over the world.

Being a pastor is no child's play.Pastors face public scrutiny, everyone expect them to be successful and they get criticized for the slightest mistake. Pastors may look elegant in their suit and tie but some are deeply troubled.

Some people strongly believe that suicide is an “unforgivable sin.” That people who kill themselves no matter their title won't get into heaven. Is this true?

22 Years After He Visited TB Joshua For Miracles But Wasn't Healed, See The Recent Pictures Of Daniel Amokachi

Why do some people get healed instantly after prayer, but others never get healed, even after praying for a long time, speaking in tongues, fasting, sowing seeds or sleeping in altars? This is case of retired Nigerian footballer, Daniel Amokachi.

When it comes to Nigerian football, Daniel Amokachi is a player that needs no introduction. If you were to compile a list of the top ten strikers in the history of Super Eagles, you can never leave out Daniel Amokachi.

Daniel Amokachi talents were clear to see from his earliest days as a professional footballer but he was struck with an injury that nearly ruined is career.

The ‘Bull’ as he is fondly called was hit with a protracted knee injury he sustained ahead of the 1998 FIFA World Cup. As a result of this injury, he was rejected by clubs across the Europe between 1999 and 2002, and needed help.

In a quest to find a solution and relaunch his career, Amokachi visited the popular Lagos-based Synagogue Church of All Nations seeking for a miracle.

According to the former Super Eagles striker a friend told him a TB Joshua and the Synagogue Church of All Nations and he could get healed if he met with the man of God.

“I was at the church on invitation of a friend who is a member. My friend, at that time, told me about the man of God and that I could meet my miracle if I met with the Pastor".

Upon arriving at the SCOAN, Amokachi said he slept on the altar of Prophet T.B Joshua’s Synagogue Church of All Nations for weeks in search of miracle but to no avail. However, he saw people getting healed.

He said:

“I slept by the church’s altar for several weeks to receive healing. I was not healed, but I saw lots of miracles that happened to people.”

Daniel Amokachi's career more or less went down the drain after he left Turkish club BeÅŸiktaÅŸ in 1999.

Daniel Amokachi saw other people getting healed but didn't receive his healing after sleeping on the holy altar of Synagogue Church of all Nations for weeks. Could it be he had no faith?
