Faith For Fearless (Ii)

The Holy Bible is full of scriptures that show His love for you. Psalm 139:17-18 say: "How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee."
Symptoms of fear can include tension, worry, fretting, confusion, restlessness and nervousness. The opposite of fear is peace, a fruit of the Spirit. Jesus said to the sea in Mark 4:39, "peace, be still". Not only did the sea obey Him, but also peace came upon the disciples and fear left.
Likewise we need to speak the Word to the storms. We have peace with God because Jesus broke the middle wall of partition between us (Eph. 2:14). Is. 26:3 says "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." Perfect peace means the absence of all doubt. It means that God, the One Who cannot fail, is in charge.
The areas of life in which you have not obeyed God and you haven't given over and entrusted to the Lord you worry about. For example if you are not obeying God in your finances and stewardship, you'll tend to worry about the economy.
Knowing that God loves you so much, you enjoy life in the Kingdom of God. Rom. 14:17 says, "The Kingdom of God is not meat nor drink but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." Righteousness is the result of what Jesus did for us, and you have to believe you are righteous and follow the Lord in word and action. The righteousness of God in Christ Jesus is a major benefit of salvation. God sees us innocent through the blood of Jesus. What Jesus suffered for our sakes on the cross shows us how much God loves us.
"For He hath made Him to be sin for us, Who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (2Cor. 5:21) The righteousness God gave us through Jesus' shed blood and death at Calvary is a tremendous proof of love. John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." "But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, Who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption." (1Cor.1:30)
So you can enjoy the Kingdom of God: righteousness'the love of God, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Just as you need to walk with the Lord and believe you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus before you can enjoy peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, you also need to know the love of God for your faith to work consistently.
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out all fear; because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." (1John 4:18). Experiencing and knowing His perfect love, you will walk in fearless faith and the love of God that never fails
