Hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening solution


To see the first method ( which is the simplest way) of using hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening check the first post. 

Using hydrogen peroxide as rinse( swishing)

First of all :
Mix equal amounts of hydrogen peroxide with water e.g using half cup of water to half cup of hydrogen peroxide ,any amount you measure it must be the same corresponding volume. 

Swish (shake the water in mouth) the mixture around your mouth for about 30 mins to one minute.

Stop and spit out the water try not to swallow any it is very harmful if swallowed.

Thou using hydrogen peroxide has some negative effect if use excessively 
Applying it more than twice per week can demage your teeth.
Leaving it in your mouth for longer than 1 mins if swishing or 2 minutes if you use as paste can also demage your teeth
Finally using high concentration or strong hydrogen peroxide solution can cause serious demage.

   When use carefully use,it can be an effective way for teeth whitening.
I advise you to google search the effects if you are not comfortable and clear of the way of using it.
