How To Cook Ishapa Soup

Ishapa is a native food from Western Nigeria. It's made using Roselle (hibiscus leaves) or white zobo leaf.
Ingredients:
Roselle
Smoked fish
Beaf
Pepper including tomatoes,tatashe
Egusi
Onion
Maggi
Salt
Palm oil
Locust beans
Potash
Water
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Soak the ishapa with potash overnight with hot water
2. Wash the ishapa in the morning with water
3. Wash the beef and put in a pot, season with salt,one cube and onion,steam until the water dried up,boil till the meat is cooked 
4. Wash the peppers and blend it together to a smooth paste
5. Heat the palm oil for 2 minutes,add the grind pepper and fry it and stir for about 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Add the meat, smoked fish and locust beans,maggi,salt and water and stir for some minutes
7. Add the egusi to the stirred pepper and add small water to it.
8. Add the ishapa and stirred.
Your ishapa is ready,enjoy with any swallow of your choice like fufu,semo,or eba etc
