*WARRANTY vs GUARANTEE*

The concept of warranty and guarantee can be Sometimes confusing. Although the difference between these two is slight but it is worthy of note.

When you purchase a product and you find a WARRANTY or GUARANTEE policy on it. Then you are on Lucks side. So how do you take advantage of this??

GUARANTEE is when a manufacturer of a product is so confident of his Product and puts it into writing that "If the product doesn't deliver it's purpose, you will be refunded"

Now, you must note that GUARANTEES are more powerful than WARRANTIES.

Whenever a product malfunctions during a warranty period, you can either get a replacement, a repair for free or at a discount (whatever their policies are).

One Must note that, if the fault of the product is Influenced by you, it will not be covered by the warranty policy,

For instance, a phone fell off and it's screen got broken, or it fell into water due to your NEGLIGENCE and CARELESSNESS. But whatever happened due to the factory setting or product's configuration. A sound issue or phone charging slowly etc.

Again there are no refunds with warranties only with a Guarantees. Warranties only encourage replacement and repairs while Guarantee cover refunds, replacement and repairs.

So when next you hit the market to get a product and find a Guarantee or Warranty policy You can buy that PRODUCT without fear and a wide smile to go with it.
