Source for prospects and convert them into paying clients
Follow up on generated leads
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best
practices
Determine clients need and financial abilities to propose
solutions that suit them.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND or OND in any discipline
Experience in sales and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Residence within Egbeda, Alimosho axis would be an added
advantage.

Job Description Includes:
1. Empty wastebaskets and take trash to disposal areas
2. Replenish supplies, such as soap and toilet paper
3. Clean rooms, hallways, and other living or work areas
4. Change sheets and towels; make beds; and wash, fold,
and iron clothes
5. Dust and polish furniture and equipment
6. Sweep, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and
other floor-cleaning equipment
7. Clean and polish windows, walls, and woodwork
8. Handle minor cooking as required
9. Run errands such as shopping.
Requirements & Skills
* It's a full live-in job. Accommodation & feeding is provided.
* Applicant must be hardworking and be apt to take
Initiative.
* Candidate should be able to work without supervision.
* We want someone who is cheerful, humble and respectful.
* Must be able to readily provide guarantors resident in
