The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Saturday, said Nigerians would reward his hard work by voting for him as the next president.

He said he had worked harder during the campaign than any other presidential candidate and would be rewarded by Nigerians with their votes.

Tinubu said this while addressing Journalists after casting his vote at the polling unit 085, ward 3, Alausa, Ikeja in Lagos State.He said, “I am very confident. I worked hard for it. I traverse the country sometimes four times and attended town hall meetings and various interest groups. I have attended to their request and I have worked hard than any other candidate in this country. I believe Nigeria will reward me, they will reward my hard work. Sparkling further, Tinubu said, “We will definitely be a transformative government. We will work hard to change the economic crisis.We are not the only country affected by the economic crisis, it’s affecting the whole world. We just have to recalibrate.”

He, however, enjoined Nigerians to remain respected democrats throughout the electioneering process.

The ex-governor of Lagos State who was accompanied by his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu cast his vote around 10:20 am amidst the mammoth crowd.

The total number of voters at the polling unit is 324.The atmosphere is calm as voters continue to exercise their franchise at the polling unit.

Atiku told journalists that he would win the presidency and succeed President Muhammadu Buhari, whose two terms end on May 29, 2023, after he cast his vote alongside his wife, Titi, at Polling Unit 012, Ajiya Ward in the Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

Atiku’s opposition is Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP).
