A reclusive people, the Kambari people pride themselves as being as independent from the government as possible.

The Kambari languages (also Kamberi ) are a cluster of Kainji languages spoken in northwestern Nigeria. They are:

Cipu (Western Acipa) Kambari proper Kambari I: Gadi , Vadi ( Kakihum?),

Shingini , Baangi, ? Yumu Kambari II: Kimba, Gaushi, Wənci

The Kambari of Nigeria continuously bend forward to enter their low doors, and their dance posture reflects this habit. The Jukun sit on low stools or on the floor with legs crossed or extended; their flexible knees and strong leg tendons allow for the performance of usually distinct, as with the Kambari of Nigeria: men and women dance to the same musical rhythm, but they hold different postures, with the women singing and using a simpler foot pattern than the men.

Although often similar in social purpose, dances are realized in radically different styles in the multitude of diverse cultures of Africa.

Today we'll be discussing about a woman who surprised the world many years ago, many people still find her life story hard to believe, but it's entirely true.

Josephine myrtle Corbin was born in the year 1868, at a place known as Tennessee which is in London county, she was born with four legs and two private parts.

From documented reports, Myrtle’s extra legs were supposed to belong to her separate twin, but she had an even rarer form of conjoined twinning known as 'dipygus', and this made her have everything in double from the waist downward, but her upper body remained the same as a normal person.

It was difficult for her to move around because her inner pair of legs were smaller than the outer one but they were glued together, so she could only move the smaller legs but was unable to use them for walking because they couldn't carry the weight of her body.

When she reached 19 years, she was given out in marriage to Clinton Bicknell who was a doctor at that time and they both had a son and four daughters.

It was documented that three of her children were born from one set of organs, while two came from the other.

This mysterious woman died on May 6, 1928.

It was documented that her smaller boby was not fully formed, so her inner pair of legs had only three toes on each foot, so logically she had only one fully functional pair of legs.

Her twin's sex organs was also fully formed, that was why she was able to deliver with it.

This happened many years ago where technology was less advanced, if it were to be now, she would have lived a more comfortable life.
