Football coaches do not earn high wages as compared to the players on the field. The coaches are very important in the game that players errors are even blamed on them. They are the technical brains behind whatever transpires on the field, and out of the pitch.
According to France Football, a French weekly magazine, out of the top ten highest-paid football coaches, eight are coaching in the big five†European football leagues and two manage a club playing in the upcoming Chinese Super League. These are the highest-paid football coaches or managers in the world presented in ascending order.
Diego Simeone (Atletico Madrid) €40.50 million

Atletico Madrid head coach, Diego Simeone leads the lists of the highest-paid football coaches. The Argentine earns an annual salary of €40m and sponsorship deals from Spanish club Atletico Madrid. He joined the club in 2011 and has won the Spanish La Liga and manager to reach the champions league final twice.
Antonio Conte (Inter Milan) €30 million

Antonio Conte became the second-highest-paid football coach after he was sacked by Chelsea football club in 2018. He joined Inter Milan and received an annual salary of €30 million. He helped Chelsea to win the Premier League title before he was sacked.

Pep Guardiola earns €27 million annually.

Jurgen Klopp is the fourth highest-paid football coach in the world. He joined Liverpool from Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga. Klopp helped Liverpool to win the premier league title in 2019 and the champions league as well. He earns €24 million annually.

Jose Mourinho has coached almost all the biggest clubs in the world.
