The Paris Saint-Germain’s forward, Neymer, had been red carded over scuffle with Marseille’s defender Gonzalez on his first appearance after testing positive to Coronavirus, alongside his team players Leandro Paredes and Layvin Kurzawa and Marseille’s Jordan Amavi and Dario Benedetto, losing 1 – 0 to Marseille for the very first time in years.
Neymar was sent off after the referee confirmed through the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) that the Brazilian had hit the Marseille’s defender at the back of his head.
Neymar later went on social media to accuse Gonzalez of racism, claiming he had words of racism.
Replying to Neymer, Gonzalez said on social media â€œThere is no place for racism”
Neymer also said on social media that he only regret not hitting the ‘fool‘ on the face.
However the Spanish defender had replied Neymer in his words: â€œSometimes you have to learn how to loose.”
The manager of Ligue 1 club, Marseille, Andre Vilas-Boas had said:
“There is no place for racism in football but I don’t think that was the case.
We’ll have to look at it.” He said during a post-match conference.
The rather brutal clash between the two league clubs had featured 17 yellow cards with 5 red cards at Parc des Princes.

MESSI RANKED AHEAD OF CHRISTIANO RONALDO IN FIFA 21 TOP 100
~1.8 mins read
Argentine supersonic player, Lionel Messi had enormously retained his position as first with one point ahead of Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo in the FIFA EA sports top 100, despite his trophyless campaign during the past 2019-20 season.

Lionel Messi had beaten Cristiano Ronaldo once again – at least at the video game level after EA Sports published their list of top 100 players available in FIFA 21, though the Barcelona captain had failed for the first time in years to secure any honour for the club during the last season campaign.

The both players had however witnessed a drop in their overall rating, as Messi slipped from 94 points to 93 and Ronaldo from 93 to 92, but both still remain first and second on the chart respectively.

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandoski had taken a strong leap up from 15th to the 3rd place to occupy the bronze medal position which was held formerly by the PSG’s forward and former Barcelona star Neymer, who slipped to the fifth position.

However, the drop is nothing to be compared to the ex Chelsea player, Eden Hazard who slipped from the 4th position to 22nd position, between the Tottenham Harry Kane and Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling while Kevin De Bruyne made it to the top 5.

Liverpool Virgil Van Dijk occupied the 7th position right after Atletico Madrid goal keeper Jan Oblak, with the 6th position followed by PSG’s Kylian Mbappe with Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane occupying the 9th and 10th position respectively, making Liverpool the club with the most players in the top 10 chart. Others – Allison (12) Trent Alexander-Arnold (37), Roberto Firmino (41), Jordan Henderson (55), and Georginio Wijnaldum (76).
