Nigerian Man Arrested In India Over N2.6m Facebook Scam (

Police in Delhi, India have arrested a Nigerian Onuorah Jideoffor for allegedly duping a man of over Rs 5 lakh (N2.6million) through Facebook, Igbere TV reports.
The 28-year-old was arrested at Mohan Garden on Wednesday in a joint action by Goa Crime Branch and Delhi Police.
It was gathered that he allegedly duped the victim on the pretext of paying customs charges for a “gift†he was getting for the victim.
Igbere TV gathered that the accused had befriended the victim on Facebook using a fictitious name Steve Jose and promised to send him an expensive gift from abroad. Thereafter, the victim was asked to deposit Rs 5.16 lakhs in fictitious accounts used by fraudsters.
A complaint regarding this was lodged on November 6 following which an investigation was carried out.

A Nigerian woman in the US, Folashade, has got every reason to rejoice after she gave birth to twins at a time she was not expecting it at all.
On the day before she gave birth, the Nigerian had only gone to the hospital to carry out a routine check as she was 37 weeks gone.
After a doctor in the medical facility, Lightfoote, saw her condition of swollen feet and that her blood was unexpectedly higher, she had to tell her the babies would need to be delivered the following day.
