These are some of the laws by Moses from God: God is one, thou shall love God with all your strength, do not commit adultery, thou shall not kill, steal,  covet,  bear false witness, etc. 

Out of the ten commandments,  there is the backbone of all the laws and this is the one below: love your neighbor as yourself. 

The main reason that makes this command so important is that that "love" is a strong virtue. Somebody may say he loves God, but tend to loathe man, but says,  love me by showing love to your neighbor. 

God's measurement of the love that people have for him is purely on the quantity and quality of love that  people give their neighbors, and the reason is clear-cut.

Love does no wrong or worketh no evil against the one we are in love with, and, just as we like to be free from wickedness because we wouldn't hate ourselves, therefore,  we certainly could do no evil to others since we love them. 

There's no doubt that if we love people, we will hurt them in no way. 

So ten commandments of God can be achieved by loving people as we love ourselves.
