Almost every occurrence in life breeds from the mind. Nothing just happens. Whatever actions we take in life, positive or negative originated from inside before physical manifestation.

INPUT DETERMINES OUTPUT

since we're wot we think, what do we think?

Most youths are suffering today not because of family background, environment, challenges of life or economics status of the country. They are from lack of thinking. You have greatness in you but you have to individually set it in motion. All greatness starts in your thinking. Limited positive thinking amounts to limited life. Nobody can do it for you except you. Eliminate all excuse and take your destiny in your hands.

Often times we find it difficult to change our ways of thinking to positive after many years of negativity. We think it's impossible to change cos what the key players in our life (parents, teachers, leaders & friends) have made us believe over the years. It has been proven that most teenagers and youths think they're failures based on what other people have told them. Those negative words have taken deep roots into them that it will take God's intervention and determined effort by them to change.

#no matter how polluted your mind is, you have to accept the fact that you have the power to change it. Don't be in a hurry to change the external but be in a hurry to change the internal.

RENEW YOUR MIND

The transformation of the mind is the key to every transformation in life. They is no other way, your thinking must change. If there's going to be a manifestation there has to be a transformation........

🎗️ Sexuality is the fundamental component of our personality, one of its modes of being, of manifestation, of communication with others and of forming bonds of communion, of feeling, of expression and of living human love in it's basic form of effectivity and the capacity to love and procreate.

👉 Human sexuality refers not simply to basic biological sexual functions but also to the attitudes, beliefs, values, fantasies, taboos, rituals and customs which individuals and societies have constructed in connection with these functions.

👉 Human sexuality is one but it is structured differently according to each of the sexes.

👩 The woman's sexuality touches her whole being. On the physical level, it's touches nearly all of her body. It's development profoundly affects her personality and it's cyclical variations of her moods.

👨 Man's sexuality also has it's own unique manifestations.
