1. A Woman That Will Never Talk Trash About Other People

You have to think; why is she talking trash about her friend? It's her friend, right? If she's not her friend then why is she hanging out with her?

When you find somebody that you get along with, that you enjoy their company, and that is a kind spirit and that is optimistic, and she's just a good person, you need to get your Kungfu action grip and wrap it around her ankle because that's the one for you.

2. A Girl Who has Cats

One cat, maybe two, any more than two, she's definitely a crazy cat person and they are definitely weird.

Girls that are into cats are loving and nurturing, and they are sweethearts.

3. The Girl Who is not the Life of the Party

She's not somebody I'll seriously recommend because chances are, she's also drinking and driving, and making really bad decisions, and she could potentially, possibly be sleeping with your best friend Steven.

I'm not judging, I'm just saying people who are the life of the party (both men & women) don't necessarily make the best decisions.

So, if you find somebody that can have a good time, she can go out but she's not getting wasted drunk, and showing her chest to everybody, that's probably a good sign that she's the one for you.

4. Somebody Who doesn't Suck Up to you

"Oh my God, you are amazing. Lol, Oh my God! You are so funny". You're not that funny.

Don't get me wrong, you are awesome and all, but, you want to be with somebody that loves you, appreciates you and respects you.

If you do something that is out of line, or dumb, you need someone that will call you on your bullshit.

You do not want to be with someone that is a doormat

5. Someone with a Healthy Sex Drive

What is not healthy is a woman dealing with psychological issues but she's using sex as a coping mechanism.

You might have experienced this sometimes, someone who is dealing with emotional issues, maybe they are seeking validation and approval, and the way they do this is to go out and sleep with a lot of people.

That is not healthy.

Never wanting sex and never wanting to do anything and it has to be perfect timing all the time, that is also not healthy.

Ideally, you want to be with someone who has a similar sex drive to you. You don't want to have a super high one and she has a super low one and vice versa..

6. Someone who has a Drive, Motivation, Goal and a Job

You don't want somebody that wants a free ride, all they are looking for is a man to take care of them. No freaking way! You are too amazing and you should be with a woman equally amazing.

There's nothing sexier than a woman with ambition, with goals, drive, and that is a hardworker, and knows the value of money.

7. Someone Financially Stable

Guys, if you are with someone that is good financially, woo mama! That is a turn on. Someone who is not, is definitely not sexy as I found out the hard way.

Gentlemen, the deal is this, if she doesn't understand the value of money, your ass is going to be broke, because she can't understand why she can't go buy a Luis Vuitton bag.

8. Somebody Who Takes Care of her Body

There are some things and some habits that a lot of people are getting into that I personally feel is a recipe for disaster.

Maybe it's just me but I think its nasty that some women are injecting all sort of things into their bodies to look young and beautiful.

Your job is to make sure she knows she's beautiful and she doesn't need to do that.

It's your job to make know she's beautiful she's sassy. Don't do it, because I think its a slippery slope, when a woman starts injecting stuffs in her face, it is hard to stop.

9. Somebody who is a Good Communicator

I didn't say overly emotional, that is a different situation, someone who is always freaking out and super high and super low emotionally. No, that's not someone you can mess with.

But you definitely want to be with someone who is a good communicator.

The true test of figuring out if someone is a good communicator or not is to get into an argument with them.

Its cool and everything is fine and you think they are a good communicator but if you get into an argument with them and they bring out old things from the past, this is something that will never change.

10. Somebody Who has Empathy

Empathy is the ability to feel or experience what other people are feeling or experiencing through their own personal frame of reference.

Even though they might not have experienced it, they get what you are going through, they get what you are saying, they get what you are feeling.

Somebody who lacks empathy is probably someone who is very cold, very callous, they lack emotional intelligence oftentimes.

Guys, finding someone that you love and loves you back and is an incredible partner is one of the amazing things you will ever do.

Even if you've not found that person right now, I guarantee you that you will eventually do, because you are an amazing person and any woman would be super freaking lucky to get a guy like you!
