In this season where everything seems bleak and Corona virus added to the issues on ground, we have heard from various sources about one financial support or the other from the  Nigerian government. COVID relief fund etc

And knowing the subsequent stress or effects that came with the #endsars# protests, our government keeps revealing various financial support/aid for the youths. NIRSAL, SMEDAN etc

This article is to ask us: 
A) how much of these policies/ offers we know 
B) how do they work? 
C) what age limit is there? If there is any 
D) are the offers really for the common man? (An average Nigerian Youth)
