Looking good is good business, if you are addressed the way you dress, then our beauty and physical appearance matters a lot as long as this life is concern.


 
According to the law of Nature and the developmental stage of man, which science tagged it as MR NIGER D, man is meant to be born grow old and die.


However, as man attains this levels or stages at some point aging and wrinkles must surely set in, which reduces once beauty and physical appearance.

Aging and a wrinkled face is nothing anyone will ever desire, in as much as we are all going to grow old and die one day does not mean we should not take care of ourselves and look good no matter our situation.

Many have traveled far and wide in search of remedies or treatment that will keep them young for a while if not forever. Many often opt in for surgeries, which the aftermath is not always good for our health.

The moment people realize they are getting old, they tend to start looking for ways to feel and look younger. There are different ways one can keep himself healthy and look younger than his/her age. Some of which includes


i. Dieting

ii. Exercise

iii. Drinking appropriate amount of water.

It might interest you to know that there are better and less hectic ways and hidden tactics that is not commonly known by many.

Apart from the common ways of staying young and healthy as stated above, I will be sharing with six other things you can do that is less stressful for you to look way much younger than your age.

1. Take More Of Tea Instead Of Coffee



Very few knows this. Opting for tea and mostly white tea instead of coffee at all times can reduce to a very large extent your risk of cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and keep you safe from age-associated wrinkles.

Coffee on the other hand foster pimples on your face. It to a very large extent make pimples on your face to be worse than usual. White tea has enzymes that usually breakdown collagen and elastin which is good for your skin.

2. Take More Of Fruits And Veggies Instead Of Junks.



Junks are common food that people easily get attached to, junks are sweet and satisfying, but is it giving your body the best nutrients to remain healthy and young?.

Junks are actually tempting to consume, but for a healthy and young looking you, instead that chocolate cookie replace it with something like strawberry or an apple. This will help to keep your skin radiant and also younger.

3. Always Apply Sunscreen Before Going Out For The Days' Job.

The direct ultraviolet light (UV) rays from the sun can cause serious rough patches and wrinkles on your skin, it also causes skin discoloration leading to aging. Another good thing about sunscreen is that it protects you from getting skin cancer.

4. Take More Of Water



Water itself has serious healing properties, staying hydrated is nothing you should compromise, your blood need's that water to stimulate skin circulation and prevents a decrease in skin repair.

A fact study scientifically proved our skin is build up of 30% water. Furthermore, it also helps in flushing out the toxins, thereby cleaning your system ensuring it is at its best performance.

5. Don't Over-Exfoliate Your Skin





It's good to open up your skin pores but this you must do with utmost moderation, whenever you expose your pores for too long, your skin will remain unprotected from the sun which will damage some of your cells thereby leading to quick aging.

It would be wise enough to exfoliate before you sleep instead of doing that in the morning.

6. Do Not Wear Too Much Makeup



Just as it is said, too much of everything is bad, excess make up can cause you your natural Smith face and aging process.

The makeups you apply to your skin and other germs that might have perched on your skin due to some environmental pollutants are absorbed into your skin which causes the breakdown of elastin and collagen which in return speeds up the aging process in you.
