While growing up we did many things that was believed to be remedy to different illness, meanwhile most of them were seen to be too good to be true but you will find out that they actually works. I wish to share one of those local homemade remedies that you can try and see how great it works.

So i hereby introduce the onion therapy. This article is based on one of those local remedies but medical practitioners have found an explanation to it's mystery. Do you know that there are about 7000 meridians under our feet that can connect to all the organs of the body? Of course, they exists.

Wearing an onion under your feet before going to bed is one of the best way to stimulate those meridians.

Cut slice of onions, flat and tinny, please ensure that the onions is not treated with insecticide to avoid fungal infections. Place the onions under your feet and wear your socks before going to bed at night.
Do this and sleep your normal way, the meridians will be stimulated by the absorbed medical nutrients of the sliced onions while you're asleep.
Here are the benefits of doing this.
1. Elimination of toxins and chemicals from the feet and making them smell nice.
2. Purification of the blood.
