The Oyo State Chapter of the People Democratic Party has lost two of their members within the last 24hours one of which is a former Chairman of the party.

The incident has thrown the party members into mourning as these two people are prominent and loyal members of the party belonging to the PDP Ibarapa East, Eruwa and the Lanlate Community of Oyo State.

One of the deceased, Mrs Taiwo Ahmed Adufe (Iya Farida) is a woman leader of the party and the second personality lost by the party is the former Chairman of the party in the person of Alhaji Mukaila Aderoju a.k.a Adedibu.

While sympathising with the party, the deceased family, PDP Ibarapa East, the entire Eruwa and the Lanlate Community for the irreplaceable loss.

The Oyo Speaker, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin in his condolence message referred to the two deceased as strong pillars, leaders and outstanding mobilizer who made a lot of sacrifices for the party and even himself.

The death came to us as a rude shock but we take solace in the fact that you lived well, impacted lives and stood by every course you believed in when alive said the speaker.
