They comes a stage in a guy's life that he need a hair on his jaw so he could be respected,regarded and be given some position to handle in an organisation or group. Many who didn't have this very hair develop what is called inferiority complex which is bad. Ladies go after guys with this hair than those who don't, to simply develop your beard follow this simple selected measures 
-  my brother, use (Rub) coconut oil on your jaw and leave it for 30-35 minutes and rinse it off or just leave it. Do this for 4weeks (A month) 
- use aloe vera gel on your jaw for like 35 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water for one month.
