Lady Came Out To Discuss How Funds Where accounted For By Youths Compared To the Government.

The protest for the Government to listen to the cries of Nigerians is still ongoing by youths of the federation as they have protested in almost all the states.

A lady had posted a motion of Social media which requires a critical thinking and view of the topic, as all she emphasized on was simply how funds allocated were being utilised and accounted for in Nigeria.

We are all aware of how the Government both present and the past had severally failed to account for how some certain funds were allocated even when the proposed recepient didn't receive such funds.

A lady who is identified as Ada had taken her time to state what should be matter of concern, how the youths handled over 25 million naira raised to feed the protesters that no one complained of not getting food/ medical supplies and all single penny accounted for.

But we have on numerous occasions being saddled with information about how some certain office holder in the government can not account for funds which were allocated to the public through their administration.

We have heard many stories like Snake swallowing money from their offices which is outrageous, or the one of Monkey stealing sucks funds, we are tired of all this as a nation.

Many people claimed that the youths are ready to take over the government and bring back the lost glory of the country. As they have showed that they aren't corrupt with the way they handled funds meant for the public

Why Are Senators Earning 29M Naira Per Month, And A Police Man Earning Less Than 60k In Nigeria?.

We have been protesting for days as youths of the country against the brutality of the police on Nigerian citizens, but we all fail to consider the bigger picture here.

I have had many thoughts to determine why the police officers were always extorting the civilians of their hard earned money on the roads side, and even to the extent of collecting bribe. All I can say is that they are not earning enough money to sustain themselves, this doesn't in anyway justify their actions.

But why are senators who doesn't nothing but sit in an Air conditioned room and have chit chats on the politics of Nigeria earn around 29 Million naira ($62k) monthly, while a police officer who risk his life for the safety of the citizens earns below 60 thousand naira ($127) monthly.

I got a breakdown of how the senators salary are calculated and I was really unhappy, as they collect meaningless allowance when the country is in this bad shape.

The salary of the senators are outrageous and they are even earning "Hardship Allowance", which hardships are they facing compared to officers of the law who risk their lives every day.

They also get Newspaper allowance of over 1 millionaire, with the way the world had been digital where only a few populace reads the news paper, yet they get allowance for it.

No Wonder many of the past President and Governors usually fight for a senate seat to retire in, as they are aware of the allowance which are paid to them, yet corruption still looks in our governmental bodies.

Police officers are really underpaid for their service to the Nation and that needs to be addressed if we want to witness a change for good in the police force.
