Nigeria is a country that comprises of 36 states and one federal capital territory, well even though the country is not at it's best right now due to the inflation in prices of fuel and other things but I am sure God will help us out.
The issue of the richest states in Nigeria is one of the things many people would like to know, especially in order to know which states is the greater and also which is inferior.
So in this article I bring to you the top 20 richest states in Nigeria right now according to Legit.ng as updated about 6 months ago, and I'll try to add the capital of every state hear and their current governors, mottos and their GDP in US dollars.
20. Plateau State– The state governor is Simon Lalong, and the state is known to be the "Home of peace and tourism", and their current GDP is 5.154 million US dollars.
19. Borno State– The state governor is Babagana Umara Zulum, the state is known to be "Home of peace" which I personally think is an irony, and their current GDP is 5.18 million US dollars.

Another Veteran Nigerian Actor Dies

Since the beginning of this year, life has been hitting us hard as we have witnessed the death of many famous personnels both International and local, today has been another bad day as we lost a veteran actor again this afternoon.
Jimoh Aliu who was born on the 11th of November 1939 in Oke imesi Ekiti state to a renowned ifa priest, he started his acting career in 1959 when Akin Ogungbe who is a veteran dramatist came to his home town, he came into his lime light for his famous TV hits like, "Arelu", "Yanpan Yanrin" which bore famous actors like "Fadeyi Oloro", 'Orisabunmi' and "Aworo", he joined the army in 1967 and retire in 1975 to focus in his career as a dramatist, he was married to Fadeke Aremu, the 'orisabunmi star' before they parted ways after 20 years of marriage and has other wives which are not mentioned in this article.
According to the president of Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria, Mr Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as 'Mr. Latin',
“It is very true that Chief Jimoh Aliu is dead . He was a veteran and like a pathfinder in the movie industry . He paid his dues and may God accept his soul .
“ He died in a hospital in Ado -Ekiti this afternoon . He was in the hospital for the past four days .
“ Unfortunately , I am not a medical doctor. So there is no way I can know the cause of his death . I know he was sick , he was taken to the hospital and he died this afternoon. â€
The comic actor further said that the late Aliu lived a fulfilled life .
“ He lived a well - fulfilled life and he passed on at the ripe age of over 85 . He paid his due in the entertainment industry . He was a cultural ambassador . Chief Jimoh Aliu was a father and grandfather . He was an icon , †Mr Latin said.




He is a proud father and grandfather, he had passed away, another legend is gone at 85, Jimoh Aliu (November 11, 1939– September 17, 2020)
