Everything in Life Starts With A Seed.

A Flower. An avocado. A rigid belief system. A loving relationship. A musical composition. Disease. A flourishing business. Space travel. A life. Everything starts with a seed.

Today, I invite you to open your eyes of faith wide! God wants the very best for you. Even when you don’t see it, feel it, or hear it. God “sowed” His Word to create the universe. If you live or have lived in the rural areas, you may be fortunate to have eaten the produce from your farm. Before you could benefit from it, you had to first sow of course! This step must be taken under the best conditions: soil that’s well prepared, weeded, plowed, and watered.

The size of the grain, its color, and its texture don’t really matter, not as much as you might think. What counts is what’s inside, the potential encapsulated in the seed. However, like every seed, it has to be planted in good conditions in order to reveal its full essence.

It’s the same with your life. The most valuable thing is not what you see on the surface: your status, work, possessions, the place you live, etc. What really matters is what’s inside you: these “seeds” that the Creator God has sown in your land, placed in the depths of your heart.

What do you think these seeds are? What are your gifts? What are your talents? Do you have dreams? For them to become visible, these gifts or talents have to be released from your land – in other words, propelled from your heart towards the outside. Once sown, they will produce fruit, a visible fruit that will bless others.

I have come to realize two important things about seed planting and watering. For one, we need to make sure the seeds we are watering are our own. How awful would it be to come to the end of the road, highly successful and very rich, but realize the success you created was for someone else?

Whatever we venture out to achieve has this process as its essence—especially if it’s something we feel called to do and are passionate about. Obstacles are part of the process and part of a bigger picture. Obstacles are the lessons we need to learn about our development that bring us not only to our desired goal but which also forge something deeper within that can’t be defined.

Tend to your seeds, tend to your process, plant new ones, release old ones. Become the flower you truly are!

```There was a time when all you needed to succeed was the ability to read and write English.

After that came the era of university degree. In fact, you had the chances of getting a good job with a good salary.

Then came the era of Masters and PhD. The demands of the Labour market went higher. You had to have a masters or PhD to get a good job.

Before long it became the era of foreign degrees... employers started looking for people from foreign universities.

Now that era has ended: We are now in the era of skills. What you know and what you can do with your brain or your hands. Your level of education notwithstanding; what matters right now is the skills that you have especially new age/digital skills.

So I ask you, what are you doing to remain relevant in this season? ✍🏼✍🏼

Are you still carrying your certificate up and down with obsolete knowledge? 🤔🤔

Or you are still blaming the government that is not even aware of your existence?😢😢

Do you even understand that "WORK" as we knew it ten years back has changed?

Are you aware that by 2025, machines and robots would have cleaned out 800,000 jobs and new market demands will evolve?

Are you preparing for the future of work or you will cross that bridge when you get there?

It will be in your best interest to start to UNLEARN, LEARN AND RELEARN.

Invest in yourself, upgrade on a daily basis.

Pay the price. 

You can't afford the price of ignorance and poverty. Its too expensive!🎯🎯```
