A CHRISTIAN GIRL, HER DREAMS AND DRIVES.

My dream in life is to finish school, settle down and raise my kids. When I mean settle down, you understand naah? Eeehn I'm gonna get married to a very rich man. My wedding will gonna be elaborate as a kingdom sister for that matter. My wedding gown go sweep floor. Oh, my wedding will gonna be the talk of the town. I'll become a full time house wife after that. No need to stress at all; that's my dream.

If you're thinking that way, can you pause and knock yourself?

Dear Christian girl, receive sense. Never allow someone else to fulfill his/her dreams then you jump into enjoying. I get tired when I hear young girls discuss only marriage issues. I had a collraque then who can never discuss something relevant outside marriage. Her presence always irritate me. To them it is an achievement. It's true, but that shouldn't be your first priority in life. Why must your biggest dream be only marriage talks? Why can't your cross another. Any marriage group, you join, but you can't be found in developmental and intellectual group.  Anywhere they proclaim, "you'll get married in Jesus name" you'll be the first to shout amen. Haba!!!

Do you have talent? Develop it. Do you have passion for something? Pursue it.  Have that determination and energy to succeed no matter what be the cost as far as it's in line with the will of God. That's your drive.

Being a Christian girl isn't a limitation to achieving your dreams. To some, they think serving God has limited them from living passionately purposeful. They can't dream big because it may breed pride. You can still combine doing exploit for God and realizing your dreams! A Christian girl can ride Benz. It's not a sin. It is not a sin to own a big business venture, own a house establish and run a company, impact lives, get good grades, become a champion with your own name. Stop waiting till when you marry a rich man before you establish yourself. Mind you, there are dreams that marriage can crumble especially when you get married to the wrong person.

Beloved, sit down, ask yourself, "apart from getting married, do I have purpose for living? Do I have a personal dream to fulfill? What's that thing that when I remember, it propels me to work hard?"

You have dreams. Do away with those friends whose gist is all about getting married and try developing yourself first. Time shall come when your intentionality will pay you back. Think big, grow big and win big.
