It's believed that a motivated individual is unstoppable. One of the main reason why people lose a March, a game, a competition or fail an examination is due to lack of motivation and encouragement from people, family and friends, take for instance, in a football match, say a particular team is losing 0:4 to the other team, so In this moment the members of the loosing team are already fully Frustrated and instead of their coach and sponsors to give them words of encouragement, they just worsen the situation by shouting and raining insults at them. And this will ultimately make the players feel even worse. 

 

Most people do not achive success not because they didn't work hard but because they don't believe they can Success and this is due to the fact that they did not receive enough encouraging words from their friends, family, parents and others but instead they received discourging words which has rooted deep into them and when they remember those discouraging words, they just give up without even trying their best.
