Addressed to: Public Ministry - Attorney General of the Republic of Paraguay and 1 more 

This young man handcuffed the dog and left it in a field where it was found shortly after. Luckily he could be identified by security cameras and he was arrested and today he is being processed for animal abuse. My request is for him to be sentenced to the maximum that the Law allows for animal abuse.

Laws exist to protect animals and everyone must respect them, let us not allow these cases to go unpunished, let us pressure the judicial authorities to convict this animal abuser.
