All you need is water:

After refilling your gas cylinder, just get a big bowl of water.

Put your cylinder inside the water as you cook. 

Let your cylinder sit upright in the water, don't bend it. 

The water does not need to cover the entire cylinder.

Try this simple method and you will save money. 

Don't forget to always examine your cylinder and the hose to prevent leakages.
