2. You stress over everything: We all get stress from time to time but if your stress level is on the high side, whether from work , family or financial troubles, your health will take a serious hit. 

Memory loss, high blood pressure, weakened immune system are some of the ways your body responds to chronic stress. 

Even your skin suffers too. Stress causes your collagen to break and creating wrinkles. 

Find ways to stress less. 

3. You skip sleep time: If you get less than 7-9 hours of sleep at nights, it will show on your body. 

Avoiding sleep is linked to heart disease and stroke. It also causes brain fog , making you to forget things easily, and making poor decisions. 

4. You sit for longer hours: Long hours at work sitting and sitting at home can cause big health problems. 

Prolonged sitting is linked to cancer, obesity, and diabetes. 

Also it negatively affects your blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and appetite. 

5. You neglect oral health: Neglecting to take care of your tooth can lead to gum disease and tooth loss. 

Chemicals and bacteria in your mouth can gradually develop to heart disease.
