Masturbation: Side Effects And Risks
~1.5 mins read
Masturbation is a common activity. It’s a natural and safe way to explore your body, feel pleasure, and release built-up sexual tension. It occurs among people of all backgrounds, genders, and races. Despite the myths, there are actually no physically harmful side effects of masturbation. However, excessive masturbation can harm your relationships and everyday life. Keep reading to learn more about the side effects of masturbation.
1. YOU MIGHT GET ADDICTED:
It is not only with masturbation but any type of addiction and can cause loss of control. Manage to curb this addiction as it might hurt your well-being in a long run. Again, you must seek medical help if this is the case with you.
2. Lowered Libido Level:
Those addicted have often complained that their sex life has not been too good. They also suffer from low libido levels. Excessive ejaculation does cause boredom in bed during sexual intercourse.
3. Loss of energy
The loss of physical and mental energy is one of the side effects of masturbation. This activity uses up a lot of your energy if you have ever realized. Frequent masturbation takes a toll on a man's health. There is a constant feeling of tiredness, drowsiness, dullness, absolute weakness in the organ, wrinkled face, etc.
4. It can cause premature ejaculation in men;
When men masturbate, they have no pressure to withhold ejaculation as they would have to if they were having fun with their partner. If this happens frequently, they can totally lose control of their ejaculation.
5. Back Pain
In several cases, people who masturbate too much have reported lower back pain. Also, they may even get cramps or pains in the pelvic area or in the tail bone region. Groin pain and pain in the testicles is also not uncommon among the ones who get into this habit too much. Often, masturbation is said to lead to thinning of hair and hair loss though this is not proved at large through experimental studies.

Simple Ways To Prevent Body Odor
~2.1 mins read
Everybody sweats. When you are performing physical activities, walking under the sun, or in a warm room – it’s completely normal to sweat. Sweating is the body’s natural way of regulating its temperature. But the awful smell that sometimes accompanies sweat can be very embarrassing, especially when you are with friends and loved ones. The truth is, your sweat is generally generally odorless. What causes the unpleasant smell is the bacteria that build up on your sweaty skin and react with sweat and oils to grow and multiply when sweat reacts with bacteria on the skin.

These bacteria break down proteins and fatty acids, causing body odor in the process. To prevent your body from smelling – and avoid the embarrassment of body odor – you should solve the problem at its root cause: bacteria. Here are some proven tips to prevent body odor so you can stay fresh and smell good every day.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar ACV makes an excellent wash for dispelling body odour and keeping the acid mantle of the skin. Dilute 1tsp apple cider vinegar in 250ml water and use frequently as a wash. Don't be put off by the smell of vinegar, it evaporates quickly, in about 10 minutes.

4. Put on an antiperspirant at bedtime. This gives the product a chance to work while you sleep and are not sweating. If you apply antiperspirants after showering in the morning, the sweat you accumulate will wash away the product and render you defenseless against daytime sweating. Remember, deodorants do not prevent sweating. They mainly mask the smell of the sweat on your skin. Antiperspirants are chemical agents that reduce sweating.
3. Use Antibacterial Soap
Washing thoroughly with an antibacterial soap bar will help get rid of some bacteria, which can help with the odor. Look for the word "antibacterial" on the soap's packaging.

2. Baking soda.
To get instantly rid of body odor, baking soda can come in handy. It can absorb all the moisture from the skin and take away the smell as well. Baking soda can kill the odor-causing bacteria and prevent excessive sweating and odor.  Since it is alkaline in nature, it will lower down the pH level of sweating parts to counteract the acids in sweat. So this baking soda not only reduces perspiration but also clears body odor effectively. Simply take a little of baking soda into your hands while taking shower and apply it onto underarms and scrub it for few minutes and then wash it off normally to clear the baking soda and the body odor.

1. Watch what you eat
Certain foods have the potential to make our sweat more pungent. A diet high in the red meat increases body odor as does curry, garlic, and other spicy foods. “We don’t fully digest garlic, curry and onions so they leave the pores with the sweat and create a strong smell,” explains Debra Jaliman, MD, author of Skin Rules: Trade Secrets from a Top New York Dermatologist.
