Suicide Is Not An Option, And Compilation Of Bollywood Actors Who Died Of Suicide From 2002 To 2020
~8.0 mins read
Suicide means ending your own life. It is sometimes a way for people to escape pain or suffering.
When someone ends their own life, we say that they "died by suicide."
A "suicide attempt" means that someone tried to end their life, but did not die.
Suicidal thoughts, or suicidal ideation, means thinking about or planning suicide.Thoughts can range from a detailed plan to a fleeting consideration. It does not include the final act of suicide.
Suicidal thoughts are common, and many people experience them when they are undergoing stress or experiencing depression. In most cases, these are temporary and can be treated, but in some cases, they place the individual at risk for attempting or completing suicide.
Most people who experience suicidal ideation do not carry it through, although some may make suicide attempts.
Firstly the fact that you are considering suicide does not mean you are ‘crazy’, selfish or weak. Many people visit this place when their perceived capacity to cope seems less than the demands of what it is they are struggling to cope with. Most people can find a way to go on. You can too, even if you are in a lot of pain.
There are a few things you might like to consider before making the massive and permanent decision to end your life through lethal self injury.
Keep yourself safe: If you are in proximity of lethal means, like medications or a rope, remove these from your vicinity. Give yourself time to think.
Wait: The worst time to kill yourself is when you are feeling suicidal. The simple fact is that this option will always be available to you. It is also true to say that pain, emotional and psychological pain that is, is almost always temporary, or at least waxes and wanes in intensity. As such things are likely at some point in the future to seem better than they do right now. This might be very hard to see at this moment, but if you think about your lived experience, it’s unlikely that everything was always unbearable. It might also be of interest to you, that almost all of those people who survive a suicide attempt, do not go on to end their lives.
Try talking with someone:
You love
Who loves you
You like
Who likes you
You respect
Is trustworthy
Many people say that simply sharing the pain they are in, with someone who might be able to help, or who can really understand what you are going through, is of enormous help.
If you haven’t tried this yet, write down a list of options of people you might choose to talk with.
Help can help: Whatever the problems are in your life there are many ways to help. There are many ways to help with emotional and psychological pain, loss, stress, despair, hopelessness and loneliness. Have you tried all of the ways there are to help?
Have you talked to someone who knows about this type of help? Your life is worth saving, make sure you’ve given yourself every chance of things improving before you choose to end it.

What drives so many individuals to take their own lives?
To those who are not in the grips of suicidal depression and despair, it’s difficult to understand what drives so many individuals to take their own lives.
But a suicidal person is in so much pain that he or she can see no other option.
Suicide is a desperate attempt to escape suffering that has become unbearable. Blinded by feelings of self-loathing, hopelessness, and isolation, a suicidal person can’t see any way of finding relief except through death.
But despite their desire for the pain to stop, most suicidal people are deeply conflicted about ending their own lives. They wish there was an alternative to suicide, but they just can’t see one.

List Of Food And Fruits That Can Boost Your Sex Life
~4.9 mins read
Sex is a completely natural and normal activity – meant to be an intimate act, whether it is self-pleasuring or masturbation, or shared with someone you trust.
People define “sex” in different ways. The word ‘sex’ is used to distinguish between male and female biological sex, as described in the section your body, but also describes any type of sexual activity that you have with yourself or with other people.
Eating a diet rich in vegetables and lean proteins — and low in foods that contain sugar and saturated fat — can also help to prevent disorders that affect your libido, like metabolic syndrome and hormonal conditions.
Some might be wondering, what is the correlation between sex drive and food? It's been told that there are food items and fruits that enhance or help libido for both males and females.
It’s commonly perceived that foods that look like body parts can boost your sex drive. Dr Vijay Singhal, Sexologist with Delhi based Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute lists out the truth behind foods and fruit that can improve your libido.
Sexologist, Dr Vijay Singhal explains the concept of foods for sex and how they can improve the libido. “Any healthy food is good for sex. However, there are certain items that are particularly beneficial- Walnuts, strawberry, avocados, watermelons and almonds. One must note that alcohol is bad for a healthy sex life - it increases the desire but decreases the performance.”
Firstly, libido simply means sexual desire or sex drive. It’s the desire for sexual activity. Libido is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors. There are different ways to boost one’s libido, we will be discussing majorly food and fruits.

Foods that can boost your sex life
Foods that can help people improve their libido are commonly called aphrodisiacs, after Aphrodite, the ancient Greek goddess of love.
OYSTERS
They contain zinc, a mineral the body needs every day for many vital functions, such as cell metabolism, stamina, and regulating levels of testosterone. Testosterone the most important male sex hormone.
Oysters have more zinc than any other food per serving. Some examples of other foods that are high in zinc are:
·        crab
·        lobster
·        red meat
·        fortified breakfast cereal
·        pine nuts

RED WINE
Red wine is a widely recommended aphrodisiac. However, consuming too much alcohol may have the reverse effect on libido, so moderation is key

APPLES
Believe it or not, apples may have a positive effect on female sex drive.

CHOCOLATE
Chocolate is a commonly recommended aphrodisiac.

COFFEE
Some recommend coffee as an aphrodisiac.

BANANAS
Some believe bananas can boost libido. Bananas are a great source of potassium, which aids in testosterone synthesis. While testosterone is typically seen as a male hormone, females also have testosterone, and low testosterone can negatively affect sex drive.

POTATOES
Potatoes are another popular aphrodisiac. Both potatoes and sweet potatoes are full of potassium, meaning they offer the same health benefits as bananas.

WATERMELON
Watermelon relaxes the blood vessels to improve blood flow to the sex organs, which may enhance arousal. "The phytonutrient citrulline in watermelon is responsible for the effect.

RED GRAPES
Red grapes are a good source of boron, which is a mineral that helps stimulate the production of both estrogen and testosterone. A boost in estrogen and testosterone can send fresh energy to your sex organs.
GARLIC
Garlic has an active compound that increases blood flow, making everything extra sensitive to touch. It also stimulates blood circulation for stronger erections and greater endurance in the bedroom. Tip: Keep breath mints handy after ingesting an extra garlicky meal.

WALNUTS
Walnuts pack a great punch for the libido. They help in dilating blood vessels and improves blood flow, which is important for getting oxygen to the sex organs.

AVOCADOS
Avocados are rich in vitamin B6 and folic acid, which help increase overall energy, a major factor against that mood-killing evening energy crash. B6 also helps regulate prolactin, a libido enhancer.

POMEGRANATE JUICE
Studies have shown that a daily intake of pomegranate juice led to increased testosterone levels in women and men, reduced stress levels, and increased mood. Also, the antioxidants present in this delicious fruit are a triple-threat! They help increase testosterone production, improve blood circulation, and improve mood.

SPINACH
There's never been a better time to add spinach to your diet. It's a rich source of magnesium, and the mineral is known for helping dilate blood vessels. It increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which in turn increases arousal.
