See How To Catch Someone That Is Lying To You
~2.9 mins read
Lie is very easy to tell and an average person tells lie at least once daily, people tell the slightest lie just to make you believe what they are saying or just to cover up some mess, lies begins with a little expression and the more you tell lies the more it becomes easier to lie often and the lies grows to becoming bigger everyday, people who talk too much are often victim of lies. As you relate with people, your children, your spouse, friends and neighbours, you can detect lies from them with the following steps:
1. Take note of the body language: When someone is lying, his or her body language can often give you a clue. They may have fidgety hands or hide their hands completely. They could shrug their shoulders and not stand tall, or they may make their bodies appear smaller so they feel less noticeable. Watch for these physical signs to gauge if someone is being honest with you.
2. Take note of the facial expressions: When people are in the middle of a lie their facial expressions may show you. Look for flared nostrils, lip biting, rapid blinking or sweating. These changes in facial activity signify an increase in brain activity as a lie begins. Some people will get a slight flush to their face when they are lying, so look for blushed cheeks as anxiety may set in.
3. Detect a fake smile: when a person is lying, he/she tends to fake smiles. They don't smile with their entire face, they smile with their lips pressed together or with just a part of their face, an honest person smiles comfortably with the entire face but anyone telling a lie can easily fake a smile to avoid been caught.
4. Take note of the tone and sentence structure: When people lie their speech tone and cadence may change. They could start speaking with a higher or lower tone than normal, and either speak more slowly or rapidly. Their sentence structure may become more detailed than usual, including very specific information. This again is their brain working in overdrive.
5. Observe the mouth and eyes: Someone who is lying may cover their mouth or eyes with their hands, or close them altogether. Both of these come from a natural tendency to want to cover a lie.
6. How do they refer to themselves: People who are lying tend to avoid using the words “I†or “me†when they are in the midst of a lie. Sometimes they will speak about themselves in the third person by saying things like, “this girl.†This is how they mentally distance themselves from the lie.
7. They are ready to answer questions without hesitation: Usually when you ask someone a question, such as “what did you do this weekend?â€, they have to pause for a moment and think about it. When an individual is lying, they often rehearse their answers, so they are prepared in their responses and don’t have any hesitation. It can be a dead giveaway if they have immediate answers to everything without pausing to think.
8. Trying to make you believe: When people are honest, they usually expect that you will believe them. If someone says phrases such as “to be perfectly honest†or “I swear I’m telling the truth†that could clue you in that they are lying. Honest people don’t feel the need to convince you of their honesty.
9. Look out for sign of stress: when a person is telling a lie, he/she tends to feel stressed when you are asking questions, they may be speaking fast and sweating as they talk, when you bother them a little further, they feel stressed.
Detecting lies can be very easy when you are observant and you listen keenly when people are speaking, don't be in a haste to judge because everyone lies in one time or the other.

There are so many of them, but today we would like to focus on certain things we do that invite the disease to start growing in our body.

3) Avoid smoking and Tobacco: Smoking is dangerous to the body, it is one of the leading causes of cancer. Wherever smoke touches the body, it causes harm to it.The poison in cigarette weakens your immune system. Hence, why all cigarette adverts ends with "all smokers are laible to die young", hence you asked to buy it and smoke at your own risk.

4) Sunlight: Exposing ones skin too much to sunlight is another way of developing skin cancer. We should learn to cover up properly especially when the sun is really up.

5) Exercise: The importance of exercise cannot be over empasised for our overall well being. In almost all my articles about health, there has been a regular mention of exercising properly and regularly. At least for 30 mins in a day.

Cellophine bags: Avoid packing hot foods in cellophine bags or using them to process any food on fire. This is because, chemicals from them can melt into the food you eat and it will become cancerous to your body. E.g moi moi, okpa, hot akara and so on.
Properly washed banana or plantain leaves is better, as stated by NAFDAC.
These are not the only causes of cancer, old age could also be a factor, gene, radiation, certain work hazards also. But these are easily prevented, if we do the right thing.
Stay healthy and stay safe, remember "the future needs you".
