There is a saying that “No condition in life is permanent” and also another one buttresses it as “No one knows tomorrow”. These two sayings really portray life in a nutshell. Some years ago, some particular Nollywood Celebrities were always making us laugh and entertaining us on our Television Screen but today, they are alive but cannot stand on their feet again. Some of them now use Crouches and Wheel Chair. Imagine someone who has been walking for many years and suddenly, he becomes immobile. The pain can never be over-emphasized and it is those affected who know better. 

In this article, we will be looking at some of our favorite Nollywood Actors who have not been acting lately because they lost their mobility. We will look at some of the causes and also some of their throwback pictures for you to know how they look before. It is really not necessary to show you their throwback pictures because we are virtually familiar with all of them but still, I will show you how they look before. 

 

Let us start with Tunde Alabi. Tunde Alabi is a famous Nollywood Veteran Actor. His leg was amputated due to Diabetes according to scan. The man in an interview reveals that it could never have been diabetes. He told Nigerians to keep praying for him because he knows it was a spiritual attack. Reports have it that the Actor received financial help from some of his colleague but still, the leg was still amputated so as to avoid further complications. He can no longer walk with his feet again; he now relies on wheelchair. 

Doris Samuel Akonanya: She is also a great Actress. She lost her leg in a ghastly accident when she was just 13 years old. She never allowed her situation to put her back on the ground. Instead, she rose like a phoenix and come back stronger in the Nollywood Movie Industry. With her single leg, she has achieved lots of things in the movie industry. She is an inspiration to many people. 

Sadiq Daba: Sadiq Daba is also one of the Legendary Nollywood Actors who have now lost their mobility. He has been battling seriously with leukemia and prostate cancer for many years now. He has been restrained to a wheelchair and unable to do the things he does before. 

Henry Onyeka: The case of Henry Onyeka was a stray bullet in the spinal cord. He was allegedly shot by a soldier at a checkpoint in Jos. He was reported to be in the cab when the soldier fired the cab and the stray bullet penetrated into his spine. 

This promising Actor has been unable to walk ever since then and the hope of him walking again is very slim. On his official account of Instagram, he shed tears as he begs for financial assistance. Things have been difficult for him ever since then because he no longer has any major source of income to sustain his life.
