It has been noted via numerous researchers that people die more often in their sleep than during the day. This is because when we are asleep we are close to death situation with no one to associate with.

But there are some reasons people die in their sleep. In this article, I will be looking at three reasons why people die in their sleep.

1. Excess intake of medications: This is more likely if these drugs are taken excessively by the individual or even taken with alcohol. So to avoid complications of difficulty in breathing or even dying in your sleep, do well not to abuse or take drugs with alcohol.

2. Carbon monoxide poisoning: This is another reason why we die in their sleep. If you use a generator, do well to position it far from your windows or make sure it doesn't interfere with the clear oxygen. Carbon monoxide poisoning s disastrous and destructive when inhaled into the human body.

3. Certain sedatives and oploids: We should avoid taking sedatives, only take medication that is fully approved by the medical professionals and under their supervision to avoid taking excess.

Life has no duplicate, we only leave once. If you want to live long and you have been practicing this habits, it's high time you stop to avoid causing damage to yourself.
